From Product Brief to Global Delivery
Our sales, production and QA/QC teams coordinate development, sampling, bulk production, inspection and shipment around your approved requirements.
1. Share Your Product Brief
Send a photo, sketch, tech pack, original sample or catalog style, together with your quantity and customization requirements.
2. Confirm Specifications
Align on construction, fabric, color, sizing, logo process, labels, tags, packaging and order quantities.
3. Develop the Sample
Patterns and measurements are developed from your approved details, followed by sample production, typically within 7–10 working days.
4. Review and Revise
Check the sample’s fit, sizing, fabric, color, logo position and workmanship, then provide any required revisions.
5. Approve Pre-Production Details
Confirm the final fit, measurements, colors, materials, logos, labels and packaging through the required size, photo or pre-production sample.
6. Begin Bulk Production
Bulk manufacturing starts after approval and typically takes about 25 working days.
7. Inspect, Pack and Ship
Products undergo material, decoration, sewing, ironing and packing checks before air or sea shipment. Your own QC team or a third party may also inspect the order.
