From Development to Global Delivery
Each order progresses through specification confirmation, sampling, approval, production, inspection, packing, and shipment.
Project Review
Review the design, measurements, fabric, color, fit, logo artwork, labels, packaging, quantities, and required schedule.
Pattern and Sample Development
Develop the pattern and measurements from a tech pack, original sample, size chart, or buyer feedback. Sampling usually takes 7–10 business days.
Sample Review
The buyer checks fit, sizing, fabric, color, logo placement, and workmanship and provides revisions when required.
Pre-Production Approval
Confirm the final fit, dimensions, colors, fabric, logos, labels, and packaging through the required size, photo, or pre-production sample.
Bulk Production
Begin bulk manufacturing after approval. The typical production period is about 25 business days.
Inspection, Packing, and Shipping
Inspect raw materials, decoration, sewing, ironing, and packaging, then ship by door-to-door air service or sea freight according to project needs.
Quality Control Across Production
Aktik Sportswear supports 100% quality inspection and five strict quality checks covering raw materials, printing or embroidery, sewing, ironing, and packaging. The QA/QC process verifies production details before goods are packed, and buyers may arrange their own QC team or a third-party inspection. Approved orders can be finished with brand labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode or UPC stickers, and customized packaging bags. The available materials do not identify specific BSCI, OEKO-TEX, ISO, or other certifications, so no certification claim is made.
